What counts as one request?
One deliverable — a flyer, an ad, a set of social posts for one campaign. You can queue as many as you like; we work on one, two, or three at a time depending on your plan.
Does unlimited really mean unlimited?
Yes. There is no cap on how many requests you submit or how many sit in your queue. What changes between plans is how many we work on at once and how fast they come back.
How fast is turnaround?
48–72 hours per request on Basic, 24–48 hours on Standard, and 12–24 hours on Premium. Larger or multi-piece requests are split across cycles.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes. A request stays active until you sign off on it, then we pull the next one from your queue.
Can I pause or cancel?
It is month to month. Cancel or change plans at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the paid month.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Final files are yours, and source files are handed over whenever you ask for them.
